I was very happy when I received this baby board book for review. It is brightly coloured and beautifully illustrated by Annie Kubler. On each page there is a large picture and a few words from the nursery rhyme so many of us learnt as a child. I have 14 month old twin boys and they love looking at the pictures and giggling while I sing to them. Sometimes they copy the actions I am doing.
The book is hardy and can be wipe down. It is just the right length to prevent boredom and is a great way to bond with your children and reading to them is great for language development. On the back of the book it gives you the musical notes to play the song. This is great for older children or musical parents.
Overall, myself and my twin boys love this book. It is fun and colourful. My 8 year old daughter enjoys singing the song or reading the words while showing the pictures to the boys. It has a high educational value and I hope that eventually Tom & Jack will pick up some of the words as well as some of the actions.
