Glorious Gardens Creative Colouring for Grown-Ups Review

Reviewed by Victoria Daubney

I think everyone is a big kid at heart, so when I saw the Glorious Gardens Creative Colouring for Grown-Ups I had to have it! The book is of amazing high quality, and contains hundreds of beautiful patterns ranging from bold prints to intricate designs. The paper is nice and thick, so felt tips could be used without fear of ruining the design on the other side.

I have found myself picking up the book the last few nights and have really enjoyed being able to take my mind of normal everyday worries and just get a little bit lost in the beautiful patterns. It may seem a little childish, but activities such as colouring can help keep the mind active, without being too stressful or having to think too much about it.

I am a fan of all things craft related, and didn’t think there was anything like this available for adults. I am really enjoying seeing the designs come to life as I apply colour to them, and due to there being so many, I know I will be kept busy for the foreseeable future. I know there are other Creative Colouring for Grown-Ups books available, and would definitely look at purchasing these, and also recommending them to others.
