Aldi Jumbo Paddling Pool Review

Reviewed by Louisa Nashir

With the children now on their summer break from school we find a paddling pool essential for the holidays as it’s a real boredom buster and a great was to keep the kids cool and entertained.

We have always had pools as both our girl’s love nothing more than water fights and cooling off on hot days.

When the Aldi Jumbo Paddling Pool arrived (we received the hexagonal version, but is also available in rectangular) I was a little dubious about its ‘jumboness’ as the box was small for a jumbo pool.

I inflated it using the easy screw valves a few days later when the sun came out and can honestly say it’s huge (195 x 195 x 46cm), lots of room for the two girls plus more if they have friends over and a super handy drink holder in the pool chamber and a clear viewing window.

The colour is very vibrant and it looks so funky and fun!

It took around an hour and a quarter to fill and was loved by the children when they spotted it on the patio.

The maximum water capacity is 410L and this is perfect for a paddling pool as it’s not too deep but please remember that although it’s not deep, children shouldn’t be left unsupervised in water.

I am extremely impressed with this pool and even more so at the price £12.99! It’s an absolute bargain and is well worth every penny.

Great sized family pool perfect for every budget.

Rating: 5/5
